All our investment opportunities are exclusively available to Investor Members. Hotbed offers three types of membership:
Individual Investor Membership allows you to invest in Hotbed investment opportunities in your own name only. The joining fee for Individual Investor Membership is £495 inclusive of VAT.
Multiple Vehicle Membership allows you to invest in your own name. In addition, you can invest using two further named connected parties or vehicles such as a spouse or pension scheme. The joining fee for Multiple Vehicle Investor Membership is £1,000 inclusive of VAT.
Corporate Investor Membership is available to investment or trading companies as well as professional firms who may have clients interested in investing in Hotbed opportunities. The joining fee for Corporate Investor Membership is £1,000 inclusive of VAT.
Once you have become a member, you will be sent each new investment opportunity via e-mail or, if you prefer, by post. Investments are presented in the form of an Investment Blueprint, which is a 10-12 page document, covering all the key points of the deal.
Each investment is available in units of £25,000 and these are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Client Services and Investment teams are always on hand to answer any queries you may have about a Blueprint.
Once all the units have been taken up, Hotbed will move the investment to completion, taking full control of the legal process. Once completion has happened, you will be sent a legal completion pack, a company or limited partnership fact sheet and, also, EIS certificates, if appropriate. You will then receive half-yearly updates and valuations until the investment exits. Once again, Hotbed will fully manage the exit process on your behalf.

Our investments cannot be publicly sold within the United States. Therefore nothing on this website should be taken as an invitation to US residents to invest into Hotbed offerings or to become a Hotbed member.
* Hotbed is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") in the conduct of investment business. We will only offer Investor Membership to you if you are a Professional Client, as classified and defined in the FSA Handbook ("FSA Rules"). In general, this means that you have sufficient expertise and experience to be able to make your own investment decisions and to understand the risks our types of investment entail, or you are an FSA authorised person or a large corporate body. However, for a full definition you should refer to the FSA Rules.
Upon receipt of your application form, a member of the Hotbed team will telephone you to let you know whether you have been accepted for Investor Membership.
